MyKwatta is an online real-estate platform designed to connect property buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, property owners, agents, and other real-estate professionals.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using MyKwatta, you confirm that:

6. Accuracy of Property Information

MyKwatta makes reasonable efforts to provide a useful and reliable platform; however, we cannot guarantee that every property listing is accurate, complete, current, or available.

Property prices, availability, descriptions, locations, photographs, property conditions, ownership information, and other listing details may change without notice.

Users should independently verify important information before making a financial, legal, rental, purchase, or investment decision.

MyKwatta does not guarantee that a property listed on the platform is available, legally owned by the person advertising it, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from legal or other restrictions.

7. Property Verification

Where MyKwatta identifies listings as “verified” or otherwise reviewed, such verification means that MyKwatta has performed the applicable review or verification process associated with that designation.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee of:

• Property ownership
• Legal title
• Property condition
• Market value
• Availability
• Absence of liens or disputes
• Accuracy of every listing detail
• Successful completion of a transaction

Users should conduct their own appropriate due diligence before entering into any transaction.

8. Buying, Selling, Renting, and Property Transactions

MyKwatta may facilitate connections between people interested in buying, selling, renting, leasing, or otherwise dealing with property.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MyKwatta is not a party to transactions between users.

Any agreement concerning:

• Purchase
• Sale
• Rental
• Lease
• Deposit
• Commission
• Property management
• Financing
• Construction
• Renovation
• Other property-related services

is entered into directly between the relevant parties.

Users are responsible for negotiating and documenting their own agreements and for complying with applicable laws.

9. No Guarantee of Transactions

MyKwatta does not guarantee that:

• A property will be sold or rented.
• A buyer will purchase a property.
• A landlord will accept a tenant.
• A tenant will rent a property.
• A seller will complete a transaction.
• A property will meet a user's expectations.
• A user will receive a response from another user.
• A transaction will be completed successfully.

MyKwatta is not responsible for the actions, omissions, representations, or conduct of users.

10. User Communications

MyKwatta may provide tools that allow users to communicate with property owners, sellers, landlords, agents, tenants, buyers, or other users.

You agree to use these communication tools responsibly.

You must not use MyKwatta communications to:

• Harass or threaten another person
• Send spam
• Conduct fraud
• Send malicious software
• Collect personal information without authorization
• Promote illegal activities
• Send misleading or deceptive information
• Distribute offensive or unlawful content

Users should exercise caution when communicating with people they do not know.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use MyKwatta to:

• Publish fraudulent property listings.
• Advertise properties you do not have authorization to advertise.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Conduct scams or fraudulent transactions.
• Upload illegal or harmful content.
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MyKwatta systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect platform data without authorization.
• Use automated systems to abuse the platform.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
• Violate another person's intellectual property rights.
• Use MyKwatta for unlawful purposes.
• Engage in discriminatory or abusive conduct.
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal property transactions.

12. Listing Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to MyKwatta.

By submitting photographs, descriptions, videos, property information, logos, or other content, you grant MyKwatta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and publish that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

MyKwatta may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

The MyKwatta website, including its design, branding, logos, software, text, graphics, layout, features, and other original materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:
